Site Investigation:

Our projects vary depending on individual client requirements, and the initial site investigation involves a site visit. We will advise you on what planning applications are required. We can offer assistance in the completion of these applications if required.

Ground Works:

This is a service we provide prior to installation of the building. We make arrangements to prepare the land for installations, which may include the removal of spoil from the existing land. The land is then made good for the installation of the building. We can install sewer connections, mini pumping stations, roads connections and works in the public highway. MKB have the facility for supervision of works in the public highways and footpaths. We also install specialist raft foundations for works on sites with poor ground bearing capacity.

Building Installation:

We undertake a wide range of installations from single jack leg units to multi storey modular accommodation.
